Does my money go straight to the seller?
No. MintyID holds it. The seller is paid only after you confirm the order, or the inspection period ends with no dispute.
What if the account isn’t as described?
Tap “Report a problem” on the order page during the inspection period. An admin reviews both sides and refunds you in full if it doesn’t match.
Who are the sellers?
Every seller verifies their ID card and phone and is approved by an admin before opening a shop. Ratings and reviews come only from real orders.
How can I pay?
