Refund policy

Orders that fail are refunded to your wallet automatically.
Accounts that don’t work on delivery: report within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.
No refunds if the buyer changed the account details and then had issues, or misused the account.
Unused wallet balance can be withdrawn by contacting support.
